Well, today is Report Card Day. I have to work from 12-6 p.m. As a teacher, I can say that the teachers are just as nervous as the kids and their parents. It should be interesting because it's the first one. I'm sure I'll blog about this later.
Onto an interesting recipe that takes an acquired taste...
Spam Shake
1 Can of Spam.
1 tin of Anchovies
2 12oz cans of beer
4 oz tomato juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup chopped up parsley
1/4 cup chopped scallions
dash of Tabasco
salt (if you'd need it), pepper to taste
Put it in blender and blend until smooth.
Serve chilled with Celery stick.
The other day, my sister sent me a recipe for Velveeta Fudge and it has sent me on a scavenger hunt for gross recipes. Perhaps the one above is considered gross in some circles. It definitely is gross where I come from! I don't, however, think Monty Python would agree.

I don't like Report Card Day because of the amount of hands I have to shake. Is that abnormal?
